Jeffrey Hilt is an administrative Sergeant in the Upper Providence Township Police department. He has been in this role since 2018. In this role he is the head evidence custodian, fleet manager, quarter master, and is responsible for uniform crime report (UCR) submissions. Prior to this role he was a patrol sergeant and a corporal.
Jeffrey has been employed with the Upper Providence Township Police Department for 30 years. In his career with UPT he has worked in the accident investigation unit, the motorcycle unit, and has been the defensive tactics instructor.
Jeffrey holds a bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's University in criminal justice. He is also a recent graduate of the Northwestern University School of police staff and command.
