[ARCHIVED] Fire and Emergency Services Presents Awards of Appreciation

image3

The Upper Providence Township Fire and Emergency Services department was formed many years ago by a group of dedicated township employees who helped develop what has become an exemplary 24/7 full-time fire department.

At the Board of Supervisors meeting on October 21st, 2024, the Department of Fire and Emergency Services was proud to present awards of appreciation to a few very special staff members for everything they accomplished since 2007 to help develop our current fire department.

These township employees, along with others from Public Works, Codes, and Administration staffed Engine 93 during weekday hours to help supplement our partner volunteer fire companies.

Plaques of appreciation were presented at the Board of Supervisors meeting on October 21st by Chiefs Risell and Dimmerling.
